Trent's getting a lot of love. The dude can clearly play but he's just not the physical presence that some others are. Michael Sam wasn't a freak either, you never know.

Agree with the Sam comparison. Trent is having a very strong camp and was disruptive yesterday.

I would compare Harris to a Toolbox

Michael Sam generated some phantom production. Generated most of his sacks when he was clean off the line and only got them with an outside rush. No speed-to-power and no bend at all.

If you're calling Trent Harris, Michael Sam, then, he isn't very good.

I'll take the production, but you really need to scheme your way to it and have a lot of teams disrespect the guy.

Sam was a good college player. You can't "scheme" a bad player to 11.5 sacks in the SEC.

Did he benefit from playing with excellent teammates? Of course. Was he limited in his talent? That's why he's not in the pros. But he was relentless and had a good knack for pass-rushing. Trent is in the same boat as an undersized 5.0 40 guy who produces.

I don't give a **** if it's "ghost" production, I'll take 11.5 sacks from our 3rd or 4th best pass rusher. Let's not overthink this ****.

Trent Harris is a slightly less talented version of Shane Ray. I'm predicting he finishes the year with the most impressive stat line out of anyone on the DL.

I remember he choose us over Florida...glad he's here

why is richt working on short yardage situations? we were so good in that department the past 3 years, there isn't really a need.

**** it's so ***ing nice to have a coach that is paying attn.

Told yall about mcintosh kid is a beast

Most of us were penciling GWillis into that spot next to Norton but McIntosh ain't giving it up. Good for him! Forces both guys to bring their "A " game every practice. Our DT Quality depth is very impressive. Moten and Willis could prob start if need be.

I recall Turds were slow playing him, so he committed to the U. Sure someone with a better memory will clarify. Good solid player, not great but smart and dependable.
