"Miami’s running back talent is simply not where it should be."

word to this!!!! we need a lot of backs. one of the thinnest positions on the team in my humble opinion.

Agreed. You can never have enough backs anyway, especially the way Duke and Dallas play.

Watch what you say about UGA around here, fellas. Lol. I will just leave it at that.

Anyway, Turner to WF? Hmmmm..That is a first.

Smh @ the Stuckey situation. ****. That one hurts.

Safety is in worse condition then RB IMO going into next year. We are a banana peel slip away from having two safeties on the entire depth chart next year! Smh. How the **** did that happen? We must REALLY not like Michael Johnson from CC.

Good stuff. Good chance Turner takes off to Wake Forest to play WR

Not out of the question. One thing we have learned about Al is that he is prepared and has a contingency for everything. Back in 2012, I didn't think hope or Davis were Miami caliber players but Al locked them in anyway. Better to at least have an okay guy locked in then be left with nothing by only chasing the big fish.

Lulz. GTFOH with that nonsense.

WTF @ Stuckey. You're in JuCo, man. Get it together. You keep it together for 2-3 years and you have a shot at the L.

With A senior laden dline we need the JUCO's to be Early Enrollees so the Stuckley news hurts, but landing Terrell Clinkscales and flipping Cory Joihnson would alleviate the loss of Stuckley. An they would both be EE's available to go through spring ball. Also if wyche only gets 1 year to play having those two would lesson the blow.

3-4 DE is also a place we could use some young guys

Chick-Kamalu-King-CThomas
Pierre-Hamilton-?????? (Moten)

Even if we get Moten we are still thin at those spots. Chick, Kamalu, Pierre will all be Sr. Hamilton and King will be JRs.

IMO 3-4 DE and S are our 2 biggest remaining needs if you count the guys we have committed now. If Stuckey can't get in then add NT to that list.

You can thank Shannon for leaving the cupboard empty. Bush needs to get healthy and start playing like he did last year

DBC,

first off, it's Stuckey not Stuckley.

Second, Wyche has 2 years.

Third and final, STFU with your nonsense.

I believe a certain QB commit will be playing in the defensive backfield and his name ain't Brad.

Mike Wyche has 1 year of eligibility remaining on his clock. That's why whatever school he attends will have to file an appeal oin his behalf.

This is what I've been wondering about. Rosier has some pretty impressive rushing numbers, so I'm guessing he's a pretty decent athlete. Anyone know if he's a good enough athlete to play safety if he doesn't work out at QB, or would he be another Highsmith back there?

Lockley is coming as a TE, not safety.

I remembered Hurlie Brown saying in an interview a while back that they would try lockley at Safety when he got here.

Just wondering if thats changed since then

does whyche say he has one year left in that interview? can't listen to it right now.

Being hearing lately that Hope might make the move to free. Lockley brought in as a S as well. No idea where all the TE talk came from...

The talk was always TE/LB. The kid was 6-4, 220 before prep school. Those are not safeties.

I read somewhere else that he is a 2/2 kid. He won't be here for the spring.

Malik Rosier most likely won't be in this 2014 UM Class, he is waiting on any SEC offer that comes. Listen to his own word just before he commits to UM as a place holder.

I've read he's a 2/2 guy, maybe he's trying to get a waiver for a third year. Did he get hurt his freshmen year of juco?
