If Wingo really is looking good and our transfer WRs live up to their expectations our passing offense will look scary no matter who the QB is.

What's your thoughts on circling back to a guy like Air Noland and letting him compete with who we got? I know we liked him in HS and this is obviously a worst case scenario situation.
Chambliss also had been in school four years prior, won two D II National Championships, and was D II player of the year. No one in our room is as accomplished.
It seems like we spent most of our budget on retention and HS recruits. I'm not opposed to that, but there's risk. We'll see how that pans out next year.
Based on what we currently have and if Fletcher comes back, we need a QB who can get guys the ball efficiently, that's it. We don't need a Cam Ward.

Hopefully some of those last few spots are filled with "elite" talent since we are taking a much smaller portal class this year (e.g., Beaton, Simpson, Wilson). I like the 4 we've added so far but none project as game wreckers which is what I was hoping for this cycle (maybe they turn into Keionte/Jakobee and way outperform their portal grade).
