I find it strange that the #1 QB on 247, Keisean Henderson, is committed to Houston. I wonder if the #1 QB could compete for a starting job as a true Freshman QB. When we win #6 in a few days, I can live with Miami trying to get an elite HS QB to get 3 yrs out of him.
That said, it would be funny if Cristobal somehow stole Mensah from Diaz.
Lord its looking bleak. But who are we kidding no matter who is at QB next year and despite our record we will be watching haha. Just ******* win and it won't matter if it's a reset year
Whoever will be QB next season will have an amazing OL and talent out the *** to rely on.
The lines gonna be good but a step down from this year. Tackles are gone and cooper is gone. We’re gonna be breaking in two new tackles that are a step down from Francis and bell. But this is a Mario team so we’re gonna be solid.

Some of yall really lack perspective. Why are y’all’s acting like Mario hasn’t spent 4 years building this roster evaluating and adding talent so they don’t have to hit the portal crazy every year? Mario addressed the lack of DB talent for the present and the future, he has addressed the WR room, and continued to recruit that position at a high level the last 2 classes, and has added a few other players, like Blay, Mesidor, and, Bell over the years to come in and immediately contribute.
While those guys come in and immediately contribute, you have the young players developing. Do y’all know how many players r gonna be Juniors next year ready to contribute? Everybody is not Bain and Mauigao, who can come in and contribute as a freshman.
Not only that but we are in the championship. I would expect a few more players to leave after this is all said and done. Which would affect who Mario and the staff decide to bring in. It’s about fit and evals, not about adding every big name that hits the portal.

DT- think they need a bigger body vet.
SDE- will see what they do here, looks like Blount is staying at edge. I think a vet guy that can slide in on passing downs would be great.

OG/C- IMO, Rodriguez is the r only C on the team that I trust to play now, don’t think there many good C prospects in the team currently.

The problem with that is we have purposely recruited HS QBs as if we would win the QB lottery each year.
You can’t neglect a room on purpose and then say, “sometimes you just have to go with the neglected room.”
It’s a complete failure if that’s what ends up happening.
