The best thing about Francis, besides him potentially coming to UM, is the fact that UF is the only school that he OV’d to that has not been mentioned as a legit player for him. Literally us, Bama, UT, and USC all have been mentioned at some point by those in the know. UF never had a chance in **** for the kid. LOL
Boy went on that visit, saw two o line coaches vs our two and said yeah no comparison. Florida eliminated.

If we land Popo, I am officially nominating and suggesting, nay demanding, that we make KRS ONE "Sound Of Da Police" his song. Dear God he makes a big hit we better hear "Woop Woop! Thats da sound of the police! Thats the sound of the beast!" played in the stadium and in our heads!

I believe it was also one of the reason scouts used to like Miami players. They were more ready for the intangibles i.e. the life outside on the field. They were already somewhat seasoned to that world whereas a kid from say Clemson was a big fish in a small pond and that was about to change. Deshaun **** near lost his mind when he left Clemson...
**** near?

Erm, I'm sorry to break this to you...

Dude said that being a Tennessee fan. The irony is real
If they get good again, you'll REALLY understand how irritating UT fans can be. Ridiculous for a fanbase that has little local talent on its roster (although TN is improving as a high school football state).

Bumping this thread… almost one year exactly since first bank drop. Comments killing me…. Pay attention.

“Three names at the tip-top of the overall board are OTs Samson Okunlola, Francis Mauioga and Monroe Freeling. A source said “these are the types of guys we haven’t been getting” and Miami is in serious play for all three. They will be battles, though. My personal guess (not a report) is that we land one of the three.

- Malik Bryant is quiet and hard to read. We will know more as time goes on there. With Joneel Aguero, my guess is Ohio State. Jaxon Howard could pick Miami but I’m leaning LSU here.

- I expect TE Riley Williams to pick the Canes and add to an already-stellar room.

- Miami made up significant ground with Cormani McClain, especially with his mother. DVD is doing great work here. This will be an ongoing battle. The biggest hurdle is his relationship with TRob at Alabama. They are ahead of Florida.”

Like I said, we didn’t even have Ray Ray committed at this time last year and the only 4 star recruit was Robby. Lastly at this time while the updates weren’t negative it was like we were getting everyone this time last year as well.
