The point still remains. We're in year 4 of Mario and have depth issues on the DL with a key point of contention being that we're undersized.

I don't think this situation is dire because this is pretty much par for the course amongst even elite programs. Everybody wants to get bigger.

But we really only brought in 1 interior guy last year and this year, there's not a true space eater we're all in on which is concerning.
Disagree 100% with that, that is an agenda People are pushing that is flat out false! Just because we didn’t get a number four defensive tackle in the The portal, doesn’t mean we don’t have blue chip dancing bears ready to get in the game. And Simpson is one of them and he’s over 300 pounds. Justin Scott is over 300 pounds, David blay is over 300 pounds and Moten it’s over 300 pounds. Oh and the sophomore blue chip defensive tackle we got from the Panhandle is over 300 pounds and a f🙌cking monster in the weight room. So get lost with that agenda because it’s false!

Those of you that are lamenting Russell or tossing blame on Beard, did you read the article from Font?https://www.canesinsight.com/articl...hometown-hero-and-recaps-official-visit.9776/

Russell says "“I definitely feel better about Miami.”

I read that and immediately thought, this kid ain't coming here. No idea why, I don't following recruiting closely, but clearly this kid wasn't feeling us. I might be reading too much into that, but that sounded to me like something long-term and not something recent.

Tennessee is way too confident on Keys and upped their offer this weekend.

I think he sticks with LSU if it drags on much longer or flips to Tennessee if anything happens in the near future.

Miami is running 3rd according to those I talk to (that aren't Miami sources like D$) FWIW.

The same people told me they weren't landing Francis when most thought they were going to.

Makes sense with Miami's push for the Tenn WR thats committed. Keys ends up at Tenn and that kid flips to Miami

WR recruiting looking Meh. Russell trending LSU

- S Cortez Redding (Atlanta) is more of a possibility but I think Stewart is likelier of the two Atlanta safeties.

SIAP @DMoney… So Tyriq Green isn't happening?

considering the best wr in the country was a true freshman from where the trees you stated are cut down makes this not a good take.

They still growing on trees the biggest oaks we arent landing consistently but they are easily there.
You’re talking about “A” WR….the notion was great WR’s were all over the place…

We will have a great class but we gotta be doing better than that to pull off 300.
I have no doubt we’ll pull off a 300+ score this year in recruiting. That’s how good we’re recruiting right now and you’ll see soon, if you haven’t already realized.
