If South Fla playrs are so great how come......

Im more upset we seem to be signing a heck of alot of 3 star DTs

Different HC, same stuff

Not being able to land the big time SoFla guys (Cooper, Russell, Dopson, Lopez, Dia Bell, etc.) and other top Florida players

Some are IMG, but we don’t have a single commit out of the top 15 players in Florida
Valid points on our misses but let’s pause on the Lopez hype. Lopez is a FSU commit for a reason. He isn’t being recruited by anyone worth a ****.

Man... That's hard to believe...

And FSU has 2 top 10 kids

They have to want to come here, evidently they don’t so you can’t lose on other players

What Say You Season 6 GIF by The Office

Done pretty well with Sofla guys since he's gotten here, definite step up from previous regimes…Until this year, outside of Jeremiah Smith and there is issues this year with a couple of them wanting to play both sports. With the reclassifications of Flowers and Toney last year, and the fact that Bell just never seemed interested in UM(And reviews are mixed with him), it's honestly not your typical of a top 7 or 8 Tri-County this year…Dopson stings but apparently that number is off the chart for the UNC bag.

but yeah in recent years

Blount
Blain
Toney
Lyle
Trader
Fitzgerald

And others...

Manny, Richt, Golden all had good recruiting wins in SoFla too. But they missed on the big ones. That’s what was supposed to change with Mario, but it hasn’t. Probably because of the on-field performance of the HC is still similar (mediocre)

So he’s acquiring talent at the highest level

But we’re still losing games we shouldn’t be and have had 4 straight underperforming and below expectation seasons.

Either way you spin it, Mario is just not meeting the standard expected or what we’re paying him
