Gus Edwards is still eyeing a potential graduate transfer to either Rutgers or Syracuse -- it would give him the chance to be more of the main option at a program close to home. He is set to graduate in May and would not be required to sit out.

Courtel Jenkins is another name to monitor when it comes to a possible transfer. He would not be a grad transfer, but it appears he is seeking more playing time -- Rutgers is a rumored program as well.

Gerald Willis was grappling with the idea for declaring for the draft this season, but ultimately knew he doesn't have enough film yet. Source said he played the second half of the season with a torn meniscus as well.

A few bowl game suspensions for the freshmen crew is coming. None of the main contributors, though.

The sense in the locker room is that David Njoku is 100% gone to the NFL draft. He has given the team every indication that the bowl will be his final game as a Hurricane.

Would love to keep njoku obviously. Seems like we never keep underclassmen like him that are borderline

Capt. Jack gotta make a big jump over what he showed in the Spring to get to Kaaya's level. Lucky for the team Richt knows better and is trying to get Kaaya back. Miami need him.

Actually, Berrios is good too, but definitely having Malcolm returning kicks made no sense and had to be a loyalty senior thing. There is literally zero doubt that we threw away a lot of yards and field position by having #9 returning kicks. With our struggles on O this year, that truly is one of those genuine head scratchers where you just want to ask Richt privately, "Coach, we both know that this makes no sense and you needed every extra yard possible since we lost so many close games. Sir, Malcolm on KR....why....?"

Jenkins thing is dumb. If he has to sit a year anyway hhe should stay and home sit for a ton of PT to open up in 2018.

IMO RB siutation is not looking good if we dont get MCfarland....For all the hate on Gus his last two years whenever he came in he produced.. He had a horrible freshman year where he got stood up multiple times and you **** could never get over it.. Homer is an **** of an athlete but i dont see a great RUnning Back.. He doesnt have the instincts of a great RB in the tape I saw... He runs very hard and has great acceleration but he is missing something, seems like a dude who is just gonna put his head down and go.... I see that something in Mcfarland... I believe Mcfarland is a better RB then Homer... IF your gonna tell me McFarland is gonna be 100% back form injury and signs with us, im fine with Gus leaving for greener pastures..even though it hurts

THIS. It seems there isn't another school in the country that has as many questionable early departures than we do. Transfers are a whole other story.

Lol I am a Gus fan myself but **** you are tripping hard. He's a rb and its never that serious. If hes not sure he can beat out Homer for the #2 that's a personal issue but him being gone (or anybody else being mentioned) won't make any difference for next season.

"Speaking of discipline: A source said multiple UM freshmen, including safety Cedrick Wright and tight ends Jovani Haskins and Michael Irvin II will not be permitted to attend UM’s bowl game. The suspensions are for mostly behavioral reasons. Wright and Haskins were with former Hurricanes receiver Sam Bruce when he was arrested for marijuana possession in October, but it’s unclear if their suspensions are related to that incident."

These guys, like the coaches in the past are the problem with our program! All think they are bigger than the program, yet Saban has something like 8/9 upperclassmen on his defense. Our guys are okay with getting drafted in the 4 round with no hardware in college and sabans kids want none of that!!! smh at these guys. Get us some kids that actually perform better than they think they are!!!!
