If Kareem Brown can get Chick and crew playing half as well as he did as a Senior, we're in business

I wants to see:

Strongside Outside Linebacker: Tryiq McCord
Weakside Outside Linebacker: Davonte Bond
Inside Linebacker: Denzel Perryman
Inside Linebacker: Eddie Johnson

Nose: Curtis Porter
DE: Anthony Chickillo
DE: Luther Robinson

I'd be very surprised if either Gaines or Kirby aren't moved outside. I doubt they start Figeuroa.

Figs is all but cemented in as a starter. Denofrio literally has a full blown erection for him and his name keeps being mentioned as the best player on defense in scrimmages/ practices .

Figs

Kirby

Great posts by DMundos. One thing I noticed last year was that Scott killed it in practice too. Scott is one of those guys who goes harder than an Armenian in practice and doesn't feel the nerves he felt in game action last year. In games, he got a little tense, and he fought that ball like it was his girlfriend. Almost every catch he made was an adventure where he'd catch it two or three times. Hopefully, he got the nerves out of his system and will look like the dude we see in practice this year because he can be a dominant force. Reminds me of Hank in that regard.

The Hank comparison is a good one. CanEs mentioned it to me at the scrimmage and it's dead-on in a lot of ways.

One thing Scott struggled with, IMO, was adjusting to Morris over Williams. He made his name last spring with Williams soft-tossing it to him. Morris's bullets are a different story, especially for a guy that played everything in high school and is still developing as a receiver.

One thing a lot of us always used to say with Hank was "well at least the kid is ALWAYS open". You can't drop 1,000 passes unless you are a good receiver, if that makes any sense.

Scott is that big body out there that can do damage, just has to start hauling in those passes consistently. I got faith.

Scott was just about to hit his stride last year and got ****ed by the suspension..... he looked **** good in the VT game

Scott is a beast , nfl body with good not great speed. I do agree his hands need to be more consistent .

Scott is faster than Hank was no? How fast would you guys say he is?

I think Scott is a better athlete then Hank. He reminds me of Brett perriman actually. Either way, I'm expecting big things from him this year!

Scott doesn't look all that fast to me. I'd put him right around the same level as Hank. Hank hung a pretty nice 40 number on the combine if I remember.

Hank was always open, and he'd get behind people all the time. Scott seems to have that same knack.

Hank ran a mid 4.4 at the combine if I remember correctly, and a very solid vertical.

i think dallas crawford is gonna be a star this year and if he does do well hats off to the staff for good development and finding a niche for him
