Really screwed us that a lot of our top targets were gator leans or legacy’s. That made our class take a huge hit if you think about it
Brown seems like a good player but I ain't taking him over Toney. Toney seems like he been playing before covid and he is a reclassified true FR early enrollee. He has all the nuances of 5th year senior. He forced ND to change their coverage to put their #1 CB on him then when that failed they changed to playing zone. This is the secondary coming into the season people were saying was #1.
What makes u believe he would be playing ahead of Tony ? Lot of people thought upshaw would too . If he is that good you would have to find away to get him on the field with Tony < he’s arguably the best wr we have right now

ND would not have been able to do that if we did have VB though. They felt no one else was a threat in the passing game
