This is going to be another rough year...

At least I had an exciting defense to look forward too...

“I didn’t see much broken on defense, so I didn’t want to sit there and try to start from scratch.”

All I needed to hear

Didn’t see much wrong on defense, no need to start from scratch.

92nd total offense? Not much wrong there, either. Good choice not to make a move.

Real translation: “I’m old and lazy and it’s quicker to just hire from within or not make a change.

God told coach Richt to choose Banda and Patke!
He also told manny it was time to go! Lol

Before Mark Richt was hired here, he told the media he was looking to be an OC somewhere.

Many, Many people slept on that comment. The comment is very telling. Translation: "I don't want to lead. I just want to sit in background. Calling plays is more important than team success. I only care about myself and my family."

We’re basically paying $4 million per year for an below average OC.

Mark Richt isn’t interested in being a head coach. He basically said so publicly before he was hired.

Jess Simpson is effectively our Head Coach right now.

The only thing that could possibly save Mark Richt right now is if he miraculously landed Justin Fields...but I don’t see that happening.

Blake James did no diligence on this hire, and he deserves to be fired.

If he gets blown out by UF next August like I expect, things are going to get downright ugly down here. Like Al Golden 2015 bad. Not sure he survives that next season.

If Richt gets blown out on national TV for a prime time game that he had 8 months to prepare for, two years in a row, this fanbase in its entirety will be done with him. LSU had recruited better than Miami over the last 5 years, and has Aranda. It was understandable why we could conceivably lose that game, it was unacceptable how we lost, but I digress on LSU.

UF has had 2 4-win seasons in the last 5 years and are on their 3rd coach in that time frame. UF has been on par with us recruiting-wise during that same stretch, if not worst. Mullen's in year 2 while Richt's in year 4. There's no reason. Zero for him to get lose, let alone get blown out.

Mork Richt is *** my dude.

Okay, so at what point does UGA realize they made a mistake firing this guy, and want him back?

Spot on. If it happens and we lose because of his offense and he has the nerve to give spew his "I hate losing" mouth diarrhea, he's asking for a banner.

At this point I honestly wonder if he's coaching for the buyout. He acts like he's had enough of coaching. Maybe he realized he rushed into this job while his heart was still at Georgia. But he just won't give it up because he's all that stands between Jon having a "coaching" career and managing a Hertz.

Richt sucks. (But he’s always sucked)

We can all sure sleep really well tonight knowing that. SMH
