He sounded very well spoken, humble, and confident at the same time. I really like this kid and what he's trying to do with recruits. I think he steps in and plays CB as there is a bigger need there IMO.

Devonta and Deejay were both committed to Richt at one point.....I wonder if they still both are
BAMA is in it because of Sam Pettino and Shyeim Carter. Pettino used to coach at Smith's HS and was at Georgia under Richt when he comitted. Pettino is now at BAMA.

I'm not sure why, but I think its Smith. Deejay and Smith played together at Paradise Camp, and I would imagine they interacted a ton and stayed in touch. I don't remember anytime where McFarland and Deejay physically met. I can be wrong, and they probably talk over twitter, but I think the ace is Smith.
Deejay has been saying this for longer than Mac has been "in the bag", but y'all stay making molehills out of mountains.
Still you take Carr over McFarland any day.
McFarland is a scat back/all purpose type.
Carr is an every down type back and he's bigger.
