He said he would be announcing on NSD...McFarland is supposed to announce at the UA game.
He actually said he will be signing on NSD but either way that context doesn't fit McFarlands timeline.

What you have to like about Smith's recruitment is he's very private,no games or trolling.We seem to do well with kids like this.
