Nigel Bethel, Jr. to visit Miami January 26th weekend

Miami Northwestern CB Nigel Bethel, Jr told me tonight that he will be visiting UM for his official visit on January 26th weekend.

Bethel decommitted from UF tonight and Miami has been intrigued with his size/speed combo at defensive back since the summer when he nearly committed to the Canes. His recruitment will be one to watch depending on the Canes’s continued pursuit of Tyson Campbell, Patrick Surtain, and Josh Jobe.

Jobe's as good as gone. But if we take Bethel because we missed on the other two, along with Asante Samuel, I'm going to be really disappointed.

no thanks. Main focus should be keeping Jobe and then going all out for Tyson and Pat Jr.

if Jobe bolts, we go all out for Asante Jr. If one or both of Tyson and Pat. Jr don't look like they are coming to Miami, then go get Sherwood and Divaad Wilson.

This should be our only plan of action going forward when it comes to DB.

They won’t be recruiting Wilson in this class. Him and some of the current commits have issues.

Mullen is making room for more 2 stars and MSU commits.

Rather take Smith. Nigel had an offer early and chose to slow play us. No UF drops his *** and he playing the “what up Big head”.

sh*t. Not the news I wanted. Well then we better get at least one of Tyson, Asante Jr. or Pat Jr.

So there it is. Figured it wasn't a pure talent/scheme fit standpoint.
