Thanks guys, I'm listening now. ... any news from Saturday's OTAs? Injured reserve updates? Perry? Thomas? Delaney?

Pete, I stopped by Caneswear last Wednesday on my way to Fort Lauderdale airport from Melbourne... very Nice people, huge Canes selection and excellent prices.

I have to disagree on Colbert being a better pro than Corn. I think Corn is slept on tremendously. Dude knows how to play football. Colbert has better measurebes but give me Corn the football player all day

Many of the outcomes for DBs in the NFL depend on system fit and the front 7.

The 49ers, where Colbert landed, are moving to a 4-3 Cover 3 scheme. It's one of the better situations Colbert could have landed in because he can actually play multiple spots there. No idea how he'll actually do.

How that relates to Corn is mostly a guess, of course, but I think Corn can climb the Panthers' depth chart, too. One of their possible starters is a 29 year old 5' 9" guy, but the majority of the rest are taller, longer players.

Very true. A lot of teams want that big CB which makes them excited about Colbert. Corn is small I know but he's physical, great IQ. I don't think he can be a star bc of his size but I'd want him on my team. I was begging the Colts to take him if he was available

Great podcast.

Seems like we're gonna have a lot of freshman on our 2 deep.

Random question. Seems like J Garvin is too good to redshirt so where does that leave DJ Johnson when he pulls up?

Garvin was my favorite recruit in the class, at least on D. He's going to turn a lot of heads next fall.

I love Corn and I believe he is a better player than Colbert but Colbert looks the part. The problem with Corn is that he looks like he has never seen the weight room which is shameful for a player with his talent. He is quite frankly, the best tackling corner we have had probably since Rolle? He plays physical, he plays smart but for as long as he looks like Elmer Phudd he will always be doubted. He is doubted because people (including myself) question work ethic based on his physique.
