Muhammad Commits to Miami

Peter Ariz
For the second year in a row at the Army All-American game in San Antonio, Al Golden and staff got great news. Last year, Tyriq McCord and Deon Bush announced that they would be signing with Miami. This year, 4-star defensive end Alquadin Muhammad announced Miami as his choice and should give the ‘Canes a pass-rushing boost as early as next season.

Throughout the process, most expected that Muhammad would declare for Notre Dame. The ‘Canes had been recruiting him hard for months before he took a surprise visit to Miami on the weekend of December 7th.

Muhammad is an elite pass-rusher with a great first step and quickness off the ball. At Miami, it’s likely he will play a hybrid OLB/DE role.

Great get at a position of huge need.
With sanctions looming. It's gonna be retarded next season after we win 9-10+ and all this bullshit is behind us. Golden is a monster recruiter.
