We need CBs and we need them asap. I'd be happy with taking 4 CBs and just one S.

I mean, he's not even on campus yet so it's tough to say. I would expect him to be a redshirt guy
 
Only a disaster if we don't land locals Brini and Davis (a must). Henderson says he's solid. Most would understand Marco going gates. A coup at safety would be Daniel Wright (Big Time), but Gibson, Burgess and Carter would be an elite haul. We cannot continue to lose top locals to other programs. Our "rapid" ascendance will be based on the 2016 DB, LB, DT, OL and receiver class. We can't afford to miss out on more than one targeted player at any of these position.
 
I'm fine with 5 DB's in this class (3 CB's 2 Safties). 2018 is L O A D E D.
 
I love Roberts film, kid is super physical and looks like a natural athlete.

I honestly like him more than Davis

I like them both. But if Roberts want us as much as Shaq's dad says, we should welcome him with open arms. We need CBs badly and IMO we can't wait around on what Brini, Davis, and Marco might do. Take Roberts and try to add 2-3 more guys.
 
From watching the film I am not impressed with Davis. He looks stiff. Brini looks ok. Wilson jumps off the charts. Hips turn and has the acceleration. Got to get him.
 
Normally if people on here say they like Roberts as a response to the possibility of him being dropped some idiot retorts with ,'I'm sure richt knows more than you do about football.'

This response is moronic at best because these coaches are wrong a lot in their evals; simply because they have so many guys to watch and so much responsibility. Roberts is the type of kid that gets dropped and goes to South Carolina etc and becomes an all sec cb.

Why does miami have to take him? Uf needs corners and they are not beating down his door either. Why does miami have to take somebody they dont want when several big programs seems to agree with their evaluation of roberts.

If that dude didnt play at shaq high school nobody would care.

No its probably going to be 6( 3 CB's, 3 safeties)

Okay 6 is a good number. 7 is too much. Blades Jr & The kid from AH are both better than any 2017 prospect DB right now. Not to mention Jobe & the kid from Gables are better prospects than any safety recruit down here for 2017 already.

I don't know what Davis will do, but Nick is as good looking of a prospect in film (camp or game) as any one Pete listed. He will be **** good wherever he goes, hopefully here.
 
Michigan was in today, both DC and CB Coach at Roberts High School. They are high on him , so "big dogs" doesn't get any bigger with Harbaugh and the boys
 
Just watched Dan Wright's highlights. The kids football instincts seem to be low. We just can not have that at the safety position. Good athlete. Bad for safety.
