PreMed....I get UM, Vandy, Stanford, etc. But UCF for a Georgia kid?

Ucf recruits the atl metro hard as ****, their starting qb next yr will be from stephemson high. **** storm johnson is in there and a bunch of other atl metro kids...they like orlando big city life...which is y I want an atl metro kid everyyear..they fit miami well...eddie johnson included

Not a Miami caliber athlete IMO.

2012 Class is loaded with those types of guys. Now, that we had a good year, we can cut the fat with some of our current commits to make room for the big time recruits.

Yes. What we need to do is close with JC Jackson, Kiy Hester, and call it a day in the secondary. Next year is loaded with really talented safety prospects so we want to load up in 2015.

The kid is clearly not a crazy good athlete but i actually like him as a prospect. Seems to have good instincts and is a fairly fluid player. Has good size and looks like hes got a good frame to put on more weight. I feel like hes a guy who comes in and waits a few years but give him a season or two and hes a completely different player. Obviously id want JC and Hester over him, but i prefer Neal to both Johnson and Gayot from watching their film

What has college football come to when we are compared to the likes of UCF and Vandy wow how the mighty has fallen.

We're also in the running for, and getting, kids that have offers and are highly recruited by Bama, LSU, FSU, USC, and so on.....so....NEGGED.

Looks like we're culling the sleeper files at Safety now. Recruiting a bunch of lower rated dudes with mid level offers.

When you compete with UCF and Vandy, you tend to become UCF and Vandy.......

then again we took Eddie Johnson from UCF on NSD and if it not for him being a certified lunatic he would have been a good pickup

I'm not calling you out, but I'm so tired of hearing people saying this year isn't as important cuz next year in SFL is loaded. Get the best every year cuz you're not guaranteed anything

We hear it every year.

Why is this staff so committed to physical stature and bringing in projects. We don't need to those types anymore! There are at least 2 big time safeties in the State of Miami we should be recruiting with Michael Johnson definitely one (other oos Kai Hester). Just when this staff makes you think they know what they are doing, **** like this pops. Go to Vandy kid if you want to be a Dr.

Great attitude bro. The kid has brains and athleticism. I am pretty sure that Hester is #1 on everyone's board, but should that fall thru, and the staff is left holding their ****s scrambling for play makers two weeks before the deadline, then we'd all be ****ed. Keep your options open mane. Think big picture.

I like his film. It's no worse than Hester's or Gayot.

Neither of them jump off the screen athletically.

how long until someone brings up a HOF safety who was a two star QB coming out of high school

This kid ain't "the best," he's a two star recruit. There are a lot of safeties in this class that are better.

Just watched Champagnat Catholic win their championship. Congrats to them. But don't buy the hype about all the talent they have. If so it didn't show in this game. Very poorly played game by both teams. Valentine should be special.....when he gets into the weight room, gets conditioned and plays with more intensity. He has to learn to play every down and meaner.

He's a 2 star? Who cares
Jackson was a 2 star, now he's a 4 star. Same with Gray

This is the kids first year of playing safety. From what I've seen, he's pretty **** good. Reminds me of Rayshawn Jenkins

LMAO.... i know you guys get caught up w/ ur **** in hand having fantasies about getting every top recruit you can dream of, but when has that happened?

I bet next year this staff is still going to recruit guys that you dont think is "Miami Caliber" no matter how ***n loaded u think the class is....

If this coaching staff was Miami caliber it would figure out how to turn a non 5 star into a legit BCS CFB player. Hmmmmm... which one is worse, a non Miami caliber player or Head Coach???
