If Beck is under throwing every deep shot and they are getting picked I’d probably shy away from that as well. He had the two poor throws against Louisville and even in previous games when he took deep shots and they weren’t picked they were under thrown or inaccurate

Let me get this straight. Duke’s lawyers can get a hearing scheduled on Tuesday morning after a 3-day holiday weekend when the courthouses are closed, yet Mensah’s lawyers can’t get a hearing later that same week because the judges are too busy playing gin rummy.

Like I’ve been saying, and more pointedly with the events unfolding, if the TRO isn’t removed today then Mensah should just enroll at UM and preserve his place. Then Duke can go to a Dade judge to try and enforce that NC bull****.
North Carolina Central University School of Law is ranked around 180th. I'm sure Duke is top ten or close. Nothing against lawyers from lower ranked schools, they are often great and make the real money in PI/ med mal, but international corporate BigLaw is rarely hiring out of the top tier. So, to hold yourself out as a "Duke Lawyer" publicly for marketing and branding when you went to NCCU is a bit much and borderline unethical.
