Did the ITU article claim to have quotes from Jackson? Why would they put an article up saying he decommitted without quotes from him?

My layman's guess, from everything the kid is saying in these interviews?
He wants attention. I could be wrong, and he may well f*ck us, but I suspect he's doing this for hype. A lot of statements he made to CS were about "wanting to have an annoucement" and all that. I THINK/Hope, that's all this is about. He's just trying to create some drama and hype. I hope that's all it is. When he talks about MIami, he still says how great it would be to play in front of family, and "this is home" etc. So I really dont know.

Im quoting the CS article, and it DOES have quotes from him. It says he informed Barrow that he decommitted and that "Barrow was surprised". He says "I told coaches, I told Barrow". He also said "Im still considering them, they arent out of the picture". But those are quotes.
IMO this kid is playing some dangerous games.

Last I checked playing at the U was a privilege. These kids better quit ****ing around and clear up the confusion or the spot will be gone. Fooled last year for the last time, I believe that 100%!

HE says he is going to annouce on signing day. And when asked why wait, he said "because its our day, its the day weve been waiting for".
THAT is what leads me to believe, the kid just wants to have his moment and create drama. I could be wrong, and would not be surprised AT ALL if he f*cks us, considering kids decommitting is almost always the kiss of death, and its BTW, where frankly, I dont trust Harris and the staff there.

So why are you guys buying what he's telling Pete but not what he told the other website that interviewed him? This dude seems a little kooky.
Ok, well then he's got some talking to do with Matt Shodell.
Because there are QUOTES from Jackson in that article.
CS may be a lot of things, and Shodell may be a lot of things, but to flat out make up quotes and lie in a story, is not something those guys are known to do. Stir up rumors and hype is one thing, but there were QUOTES in there.
IMO Jackson is playing games here with someone.
