Because he publicly bad mouths our tactics regarding his players, and yet his players play games with everyone. That's the definition of hypocrisy, especially for someone considered "the godfather" of Dade County high school that is supposed to be some mythical figure that y'all want Golden to now and kiss the ring for.

We don't know that the staff thinks he can be JPP or JJ Watt. He might just be a 4 year guy who develops into being a rotation guy. I see what you mean, but I'm not losing any sleep either way.

Well, son, I don't want to advise you to take your commitment lightly, but sometimes, we act rashly. If you think you want to learn more about what other options are out there, then maybe you should let yourself get exposed and recruited for a while before deciding where you want to spend your college years. You never know how things will work out with any school, so getting to know a few staffs can be wise, and it's hard to do that if you shut down your recruiting too early.

So when Nigel commits somewhere on Monday he is no longer committed to BTW 100% since he chose his college. Come on Tito , these High schools coaches need to know thier role and it is to get their kids to College Period, not the other way around.
I mean this is the same man who's children attended UM while he worked at UM for 5 yrs + and he didn't even get a degree for himself which shows his contemp for the value of a college education considering it was free. His actions scream louder then his words, if it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, looks like a duck, get your duck sauce because its a duck.
Ice Harris needs to start showing loyalty to university that has given his family and community so much over the years, by geting his program serious about sending their kids to UM first then OOS 2nd.

look around the tri county area that push out top kids every year MNW, mirmar, central, dwyer, columbus, st.thomas, heritage, norland, palm beach and others why is booker t the only school that consistently play the recruiting game?
What a joke. South Florida what a great place. Fuuuuuuuuuuck Ice and Puke. This kid "committed" less than a month ago and had jot played a down of real football. It will only get worse too.

I haven't been one to bad mouth ice for the incident last year, but Jesus did he take that to the media like he took the Kirkland situation? It's an assumption, but I think most of us can agree Marshall didn't out recruit FSU on that one. Did he call out FSU? **** no. If you're gonna hold UM to one standard, hold your players to the same. I'm not mad at the kid, but Ice has been dealing with it long enough that he should know to advise his kid against situations like this happening.

Pete's update is even worse, its basically saying i committed but I can look around because its a UM offer and they will hold my place cause I am from BTW. As if this kid is a game changer from day one.
If this kid takes 1 visit UM needs to pull his offer that will trully allow him to learn about recruiting and honoring a commitment.
