Well HaRumph.

Are you a Miami fan ? You sound like your happy about us losing out

No. It's been a 17 year goof for me on Canes message boards

:p

Of course I am a Miami fan. That's why I'm upset about potentially losing a guy who should be a no-brainer Hurricaner at a gigantic position of need from one of our homebase schools.

South Florida recruits have become total ***** as a result of the mercenary HS transfer system down here and the coddling of these kids as soon as they show they can run. Too many adults use these kids as meal tickets throughout their lives creating a "what can you give me" approach to every aspect of their lives.

When a little kid knows he's a meal ticket to adults and that he can basically do no wrong because they need to exploit his athletic ability for personal gain, this is what happens.

You reap what you sow, and the adults planted and cultivated this crop of shysterism.

These kids are traded like cattle from the time they start playing Pee Wee football. It's no surprise that they're constantly needing stroking and "love" and that there's no sense of loyalty or community down here. They're all taught "just get yours" from the time they strap a helmet on.

Deejay Dallas is working HARD behind the scenes right now on Henderson

South Florida recruiting is a major racket now. You can also pair what you said about the adults in these kids lives with these guys running these camps down here. Honestly, you can literally wake up tomorrow, create a football camp and then in 5-7 years you can traffic recruits to different schools if you have enough pull by then. It's that crazy.

Lol at the people blaming rumph. When you realize that at this stage that coaches recruit areas, not necessarily their position, you'll learn something. Now maybe rumph is handling these players directly, but, I doubt it.

Ok to admit Rumphs in over his head yet? Had henderson, brini, and Davis all as Miami leans and found a way to not get all 3. That's Paul Williams type **** right there.

Yeah for sure. Six months is totally a fair sample size to judge a college football coach. Letting him him actually be present during a college football game is overrated. Losing out on three kids seven months before signing day is honestly just inexcusable. No possible way he can get them to change their mind with that short of notice. Dude is a lost cause. For sure. Fire him. ****, fire the whole staff. Miami should honestly probably just shut the football program down at this point.

So...this kid is "rumored " to possibly announce a de commitment and all these weepy vaginas crying like the sky is falling. The kid hasn't even made an announcement. Even if he de commits, maybe he just wants to get sucked off by a few other coaches. Guys who are "solid commits" don't get their asses kissed by other staffs.

Tried to tell everybody this kid wasnt solid! Henderson is a good ath...but I'd rather take players like Wilson and Bandy.....ready to contribute right away in a depleted secondary. We dont really need projects cuz the '18 class is loaded with top talent. Also, once we start winning some of those big timers will want to play for us....I personally think we are going to get a top notch cb prospect down the line. Right now its kinda like sellin wolf tickets at a dog show!
Don't even start with that 2018 sh*t... Al Blades II currently has on a Seminole hat as his Twitter avatar.
We can NOT guarantee under any circumstances that we're going to get any of the top DB's for 2018.

The shysters setting up those camps are adults. It's a feeding frenzy with adults with no or limited income attempting to exploit kids for their personal gain. When Pee Wee players are being pimped in exchange for paying electric and water bills and adults are gambling on their games then this is what eventually happens.

You reap what you sow. Unfortunately, those sowing the crop of greed and payola are very happy with the crops they're growing because they're getting what they want--$$$$$. Equally unfortunately, they're raising mercenaries with no sense of loyalty or community. So, they're getting paid, but they're raising turds in the process.

There's a difference between an unsubstantiated rumor from some faceless internet **** and Pete putting his professional cred on the line by breaking a story.

should hollar at J.C. Jackson & Bethel on the transfer watch, because the Lord believes in second chances. Then we won't be so thirsty over these insecure attention-seeking diva DBs.
Apparently Richt has too much "class" for JC Jackson, whatever the **** that means...

If you haven't noticed, nobody else seems to be going after JC Jackson right now either. Bethel isn't Miami-caliber and would have to sit a year anyways.

Lol....

Here's what's ironic...we have an out of state kid, in Dallas, who bleeds orange and green harder than kids who literally live 1 hr or less than their home school!

Here's what I never got about So Fla kids; how they manage to diss Miami. Sure Miami has been having down years, but being from L.A, I recall USC having many down years as well, and top rated talent from the neighborhoods were still going there.

L.A. is not much different than Miami, yet the kids treat the local University different. And b4 anyone vouch for the neighborhoods and the living condition of many So Fla kids, again, it's LA...the home of gangbanging and single family homes. As a matter of fact, Miami could be considered an escape from the hood as it's located in Coral Gables, while USC is located in the heart of the hood! Many recruits who come to USC are literally entering enemy territory...yet they still come to SC.

The mentality baffles me and how they treat the home school.

SoFla kids love to treat Miami like **** for places like Tallahassee & Gainesville, not sure how that became cool.

If he wants to be a cane, he will be a cane. He's not a "can't miss" prospect imo

Let me ask you, maurice3p, who is currently a can't miss prospect that is currently committed to us?

This cannot be the excuse EVERY single time a kid decommits from us. The kid earned his 4th star, maybe he goes higher. We don't need any top rated prospects decommiting from us.

This has been the same ole reason every single year this time around. Do you see Bama losing any of their top rated recruits in June? FSU? Clemson? What about OSU? Michigan? Notre Dame maybe? Why is the argument "it's only June" or "he's not a can't miss type" acceptable for us when we bleed decommits around this time?

Am I panicking? No...however, there was something that we never discussed about Richt; was he truly an elite recruiter or did he have the backing of UGA and SEC money to help? It's early, yes...but this is something to keep in mind as time goes on.

Loooooooong ways away. We will have a 9-10 win season and then January will hit and the pressure really comes on. I really feel like this staff is different. They know how the game is played. We will have 4 corners that are Miami caliber. We will get 2 safeties that are high Miami caliber. That is all we can take. 6 guys get in out of 12 that we all want. The names and interest will change day by day until we have who we need on signing day.

This kid seems to be all Miami stop being a bunch of bi/ches. At the end of the day if some of these kids make a stupid decision we will get ours either through Juco or recruits that isn't on our radar yet . We need to stop fcking around and offer Miller already . We have to many Juco kids from our back yard not to be making moves . JC Jackson should be the number 1 target at cb

Let JC go he aint coming[/QUOTE.

Hard for me to since I think he's better than all the 2017 recruits and every CB on our team
