No need in even putting energy into it. Welcome kid and good luck.

It is Y4. There are no more excuses. Everyone associated with this program, players/coaches/staff, Mario is responsible for it all. Either win this weak *** conference or stfu.

I'm more in the boat of either win or GTFOH, but that won't happen regardless.

We spent for a Lambo at QB and a pinto and yugo at WR.

To me, this doesn't necessarily solve our depth issues at WR. To me, adding yet another 5'10 slot receiver is a waste, especially when you kept Ray Ray and Carr. On top of that, you also added Marion as well. We needed another outside WR
Carr is not a slot, he’s built like Jacoby and moves like him. Marion is 6’0 200, the only true small slot WRs are Toney, RayRay, and Johnson. I have no faith in RayRay, so it’s Johnson and Toney that is perfectly fine at Slot.

think about this KJ Osborn was the last receiver drafted from Miami in 2020. The last one that was drafted that was not a transfer was Berrios in 2018. This is what you get as a result. I am not shocked the least

Gotta start working quicker pre spring with coaches and portal signings. You got burned again and might cost you another season.

Posted in another thread in case you want to see production profile compared to a few guys last year…

He had 48 receptions out of 73 targets - 65.7% with an aDOt of 6.3. So he doesn’t stretch the field and isn’t efficient.

For comparison, Restrepo had 69 (nice) receptions out of 100 targets; 69% with an aDOt of 11.27 yards. Even JG was more efficient with a 9.4 ADot as one of our primary screen catchers.

Either he’s not as fast as 4.3, can’t catch, can’t get open or the QB couldn’t throw the ball that far because he’s really inefficient and is 2.5 yards less per target than our lowest WR last year. Restrepo and JG averaged over 9 yards aDot even with TVD…

Simply put, the staff swung and missed a ton in the Spring portal. It definitely wasn't for a lack of effort, but man what an ugly result.
If not for lack of effort, what do you equate it to?

In Shannon Dawson's offense? I like it. Don't think we have enough firepower offensively to run the table with or without this guy, though. This year will likely be most opportune for our TE's.
