Chad Thomas made the trip

Sources tell CanesInSight that DE Chad Thomas, who is dealing with an "upper extremity" injury, made the trip to Blacksburg with the Canes team for tomorrow night's game against Virginia Tech. There is no official word yet on if Thomas will play, but it is encouraging for Miami that he at least made the trip.

Thomas was listed as "questionable" on Miami's injury report.

If Porter is gonna come over here for his insight, he probably shouldn't throw shade at the guy who gets it for him.

Also, are we done with the "Chad needs to show it on the field!" stuff now? Six games in and he seems like a pretty important part of the defense.

Roughly 50% of injured NFL & College football players, labelled as questionable, play. A lower percentage travel when placed in that category.

No wonder he can't find a gig anywhere else in the country. Perhaps he could have tweeted if it was true
