Now that's it's official, what's the scouts take on this kid? He looks really good to me. Not sure where the hate comes from.

Not super flashy. Not the biggest, strongest or fastest but he has many intangibles you need out of your linebacker and is still pretty skilled

Uh, he looks pretty strong and fast to me. And he's got the frame to be a big boy. Not sure where you get that from. He's not an Al Golden Jersey coal shoveling 2* who passed up an offer to be a FB at Buffalo. Physically, this kid belongs at a top tier program. Who knows if he's a great football player. You certainly can't tell from the few clips of him on the Internet. But I'll defer to Jimbo and Richt on this one rather than some color blind drunk dude at Wet Willies.

Coach says he doesnt go to camps thats why he was a 3 star gives me some hope cause ive never seen him play

I saw his hudl a while back, I don't know why its unavailable now. This kid is better than Wilder. Welcome to the U, young man.

A FSU legacy from Jacksonville commits to Miami? I give up.

(awesome news)

Love this quote from his head coach:

"I hear fans say he's only a 3 star, well I say send any 5 star running back through the A-gap - this kid will break you in half. I would suspect him playing right away. He's as good as any inside linebacker that I've seen come through Jacksonville. ... He's 6-2, 230, he squats 500 pounds."

You cannot watch Wilder's tape and seriously think that.

Fellow Canes fans please do not take this post as one bashing Jennings' commitment. I just think Steed and Wilder are legit.

Im happy with these two. Lets see the three frosh LBs develop along with holdovers. Yes lets use the extra "Young" spot for a wideout or corner!

Welcome to the Family........

"U" are gonna excel here.....

The Miami Hurricanes have landed their second linebacker commitment of the 2017 class, as Bradley Jennings, Jr. announced his pledge to the Hurricanes. Jennings, Jr. texted CanesInSight saying, “I’m committed to Miami now”.

The three-star outside linebacker from Sandalwood high school in Jacksonville recently decommitted from the Florida State Seminoles, where his father played his college career.

The 6-1, 215-pound linebacker now joins Waynmon Steed from Central as the Canes’ commits at the position. 247sports.com ranks Jennings, Jr as the #43 OLB in the country and the #89 player in the state of Florida.

Sources tell CanesInSight that Miami loves Jennings, Jr.’s toughness and speed at the linebacker spot. The Hurricanes might be happy with a class of just Steed and Jennings, so we will see how this affects Carol City’s DeAndre Wilder.

Nice pick up , wish we can add Miller with him

Wilder tape does not impress me and neither do his measurable. This kid is bigger, stronger, faster and younger than Wilder.

Awwwwww! That makes sense as to y he drives everyone back. He's squating 500 already. When he tackles, it's extremely explosive from the few highlights I've seen. You can be all yoked up top, but if your lower base is weak, you will get ran through (see Bo Jackson trucking Brian Bozworth mono e mono)

Thank da Lawd, I think we finally back!

Oh ****

Coach says he works out with his dad 5 days a week. That's why he squats 500 lbs.

Not sure if y'all have seen his dad recently.. This kids going to be an animal if he's half what his dad is. He would have been a well regarded NFL linebacker but iirc he was either in a bad car wreck or was shot in a car jacking (something to do with getting injured badly and a car) right before the draft.
