4/8/13: QB David Cornwell participated in the NFTC and the Elite 11 Regionals in Dallas this past weekend. And he put on a show.

On Saturday, David flashed very strong skills at the Elite 11 regionals at Valley Ranch. For his work, David earned an invite to The Opening. On Sunday, Cornwell displayed his huge physique and matched it with the skills to go with his size. He drew instant comparisons with the Steelers’ Ben Roethlisberger. 4/16/13: ESPN Recruiting Nation reported today on ILB Vince Jackson's unofficial visits this past weekend to Alabama and Auburn. While at Alabama, Vince received his offer from Coach Saban. Upon returning home, Jackson had this to say...

"When the Florida native returned home, it was clear the two schools made an impression.

“Those two kind of stand out amongst the schools that I’ve been to,” Jackson said. “I like schools like Alabama, Auburn, Texas A&M and Oregon, but I don’t really have a top group.”

Jackson has also been to both Miami and South Florida and says his next trip will likely be to Florida State."

Terry has played QB in HS but most project him at WR. However, not every school. In a ITU interview on Wednesday, he stated
“I know they’re ‘Tight End U’,” Googer said. “They told me what position they see me playing, it’s actually a combination of tight end and receiver. I’m open to it because I tried out tight end at a few different camps I went to this year. They want me, they think I could contribute, and that’s what matters.”

Googer also made a comment that he didn’t have to stay in Georgia, but he didn’t want his parents too far away. More to come…
