4-Star 2027 Top-50 CB Gabriel Osborne Jr. Trims Lists To Five, Includes Miami

Four-star (Mustang, OK) cornerback Gabriel Osborne Jr., is starting to trim his list as he is down to just five schools, according to his latest Twitter post.

Osborne is down to five finalist: Miami, Oklahoma, Alabama, Michigan, and Ohio State. According to the 247Sport Composite Rankings, he currently ranks as a four-star recruit. Osborne also holds No. 43 player nationally, No. 6 cornerback, and No. 3 player out of Oklahoma.

Osborne suits up for Mustang High School where this past season as a junior he racked up a total of 65 tackles, three tackles for loss, two interceptions, one forced fumble, and two forced fumbles. On the offensive end, he caught nine passes for 233 yards and 3 receiving touchdowns. He also is a special teams threat, averaging 33.3 yards on six kick return chances, and 24.1 yards on five punt returns. Osborne, is a natural athlete, and physical in man coverage, according to 247Sports.

Since Osborne has been taking visits, he has traveled to Oklahoma (5x), Oklahoma State, Ole Miss, and Alabama. He visited Miami this past March, and plans on making an official visit to Miami in the near future. According to On3, the Oklahoma Sooners are currently projected as the favorite to land the 6-foot-2, 190-pound cornerback. He currently holds four recruiting predictions to land with the Sooners.
