That justifies signing her sister, at least you now have a solid guard to give heavy minutes to. Pretty sure their NIL take isn’t nearly as high as it was 2 years ago. Lots of budget remaining, let’s see what Cullop does to complete the roster.

So they took a yr off to milk nil and get more followers and are now back? How did that make them better players?
There's a lot more to the story. Haley wanted to return to Miami after the E8 run, but only if her sister came back with her. The issue is that Hanna didn't want to(Mostly because it was obvious that she was moving towards the end of the bench, due to Meier wanting more scoring punch), so they both went off to the WWE. The issue is that 1)They weren't really good at it, and 2)Haley realized that she wanted to keep playing. That's why she transferred to TCU(Meier didn't have room to take her back by that point, and I think that she was over the entire thing). Hanna realized that her NIL value was tied to her being a twin and playing alongside her sister(They tried a ton of schemes after washing out of WWE, including fitness coaching and your typical Insta influencer stuff), so she came back, Haley came back with her, and now there's enough room at Miami to take both of them. Bet you had Meier not retired, none of this would have happened, because the roster wouldn't have turned over enough to take both of them.
