Not shocked. He’s an nfl guy he was never gonna stick around
College to pro is never lateral. Especially with it being the wild Wild West. Its a lateral move.
This should have been expected he is an NFL guy. He really helped in early evaluations and getting Mario set up. Happy for him!!!Yes. Has been in the works for a couple of weeks
Congrats to Zo
Depends on the role to me.College to pro is never lateral. Especially with it being the wild Wild West.

Yeah obviously but I doubt he’s going there to print call sheetsDepends on the role to me.
Essentially he'll be another set of eyes a team needs after being understaffed in every department. It's what this team needs.Yeah obviously but I doubt he’s going there to print call sheets
Mayo is getting everything he needs, Kraft is pressured to do stuff. But the hires and replacements have been qualified so far and there is a consistent theme with them. Can't hurt for a rookie head coach in Mayo to have a seasoned vet like Alonzo in the front office also.
Not when it comes to the grind. Its a lateral move.
Mario might as well rename this position to “ Yes Man Manager”Can we expect Miami to fill the void with another “GM” or not?
The use of timeouts is what I use as my coaching IQ test.Like Mario’s timeout usage
