You dont need to tear anything down if you’re on a 3 year plan. By then almost the entire roster would be new anyway so why do you have to suck for 2-3 years by changing things cold turkey and for the worse? You don’t

It's still the same formula. Recruit elite athletes, develop their talent and maintain a high standard.

We don't have the players necessary to consistently compete at a high level.

Mario needs to “do what he does” as a high school recruiter.

Mario needs to do what other coaches do and hit the portal aggressively and strategically.

Mario needs to do what he doesn’t do, and adapt his offensive philosophy and hiring to 2023 college football…

So we’re just going to skip over the complete regression of the QBs, and entire O production with this staph and blame it squarely on the players lacking talent? My memory isn’t the best, but I remember most of this O playing last year minus 1-2 others. This ****** season is 100% blame on the coaches not adapting to the players they have and trying to constantly shove a square peg in a triangle hole

We had better WR last season and the OL is decimated. That's a bad combo for offensive balance.

I appreciate your passion, but we haven't had any respect in the last 15+ years except for about a month in 2017 when the team started 10-0 and had big national TV wins against VT and ND, but then fell flat on its face with consecutive losses to Pitt and the blow out to Wisky in the OB.

I don't care about hatred, bring back respect from the college football world. I'm all in with you on getting a team of Restrepo's. That kid has heart. The toughest part is getting guys with extreme talent and the heart to match.

Harley and Rambo opened up that offense last year. Restrepo missed games this season. Chaney and Citizen haven't played. The OL is in bad shape. No fan of Gattis, but last year's team had more talent.
 
These coaches have been good/elite at many of their stops.

These kids have NEVER been good, under any staff.

Your Corner getting utterly smoked on a 'go' route is not coaching, it's a lack of talent. That's mono-e-mono football.

Your O-lineman getting smoked is also likely a talent issue when you consider that the guy coaching them has a good resume for developing OL.

WR's not catching passes is a talent issue.

It becomes more obvious that the issue isn't coaching when you look at the performance of the younger/more talented kids like Kinchens, Wesley, Nyjalik, etc...or the portal kids...ALL OF WHICH ARE CLEARLY BETTER THAN THE KIDS MANNY LEFT FOR MARIO.

Y'all can say whatever you want about TVD, but that MF'er has been missing throws and/or not seeing WR's that are wide open. This offense has clearly been an adjustment for him. But guess what, this resembles an NFL offense far more than Lashlee's did... AND HE'S SUPPOSED TO BE AN NFL TALENT!
Go watch TVD's tape from last year and 80% of the highlights consist of Harley or Rambo winning one-on-one matchups. (nobody on our team is doing that this season)

I'm more inclined to give these coaches the benefit of the doubt rather than a bunch of kids who have NEVER excelled here. (some of which have work ethic problems, entitlement issues, weed issues, etc)
Like, we literally have 5-star kids who need a mommy/coach intervention meeting just to get them to work hard and stop eating junk food. 🤣 We're dealing with full blown children!

**** some ppl can ask in what world are we gonna win the costal. The MCU has opened up the multiverse, and we still can’t get a consistent coastal contending team let alone a champion.

Middle Tennessee?

We had better offensive scheming last year. X getting hurt didn’t help us either. There is bad play yes but there is also a lot of bad coaching going on. That’s a bad combo.
