Mallory could have had a TD, twice; Restrepo was wide open for a TD; Ladson had his man on the post; Skinner had a potential TD against trotter... Sometimes you call dives all game (Lashlee) to set other plays up, but then you gotta hit the wide open TDs when you have the other team beat. Why are you negating the TDs that "talent" left on the field?

And what exactly do you think Lashlee, Mike McDaniel or [insert any great offensive mind] would do with Jacurri?

What's worse is there is no excuse for this team playing as bad, if not worse, than they were at the beginning of the season. The Canes may not have a ton of talent, but the young talent they do have should be getting better as the season goes on, not getting worse.

At least give us fans some hope of brighter days ahead.

We also have talent openly admitting they are not putting in the necessary work (see L. Taylor). Until that stops, it doesn't matter who the coaches are

So it's just pure unluckiness that all the 4*s we recruited out of high school (and everybody else did as well) are the ones that stink?

And all the other 4* that went to all the other programs are good?

And let's not end there..

All the 3*s and below at Duke, MTSU etc that NOBODY offered, are also much better than our 4*s?

So the talent composite is accurate for everybody except for us?

Open your eyes. Yes we don't have a 12-0 roster. But we easily have a 9-3/10-2 roster with good coaching.

If we're going to keep getting "4 stars" from Dade who have street agents and can't wait to get on TikTok after a loss, then yes, our 4 stars stink.

We went 7-5 last year

We beat NC ST, App St, GT, and Pitt by 4 points or less. If Rhett Lashlee wasn’t here to bail us out this team is 3-9.

This team is talentless.

or how how "talented" the players are. People act like we had a championship locker room that Mario destroyed. You all just want wins for vanity.

The best players are coming for Mario, not Manny and the chains. Manny lived off the portal and didn't develop the toughness needed for a championship culture.

This team has way too many quitters, especially on O, but MTSU and <100 yards tells me it's more coaching than players.
