Zero positives

Don't use last year then. How far do you have to go back to find a 10 play 90 yard drive. to close out the half?

Who cares? The team was a **** show in nearly every phase.

Couldn’t tackle. No OL. Wretched special teams. Horrendous penalties. Undisciplined behavior. Terrible game plan. Wretched clock management.

We hired a guy whose best offer was Temple, who was an overrated part of a failed regime here. it’s like the exact combo of Golden and Shannon.

Holy ****. Even with everything you listed going wrong we almost won that game. If Brevin Jordan made that catch everyone would be singing a different toon.....

Its ****** we lost but I feel much better about this team than I did last year after we got blown out by LSU. The OT’s and the QB will improve with each game. The defense is still great. We have a cupcake schedule the rest of the year. I could easily see us having a better record and ranked higher than the Gators by the end of the year!
If JT4 would not have muffed a punt and dropped a touchdown then we would have had the game locked down.

Disagree. Tons of positives.

But, not enough for a win. Our resiliency was noticeable. IMO, that's huge. I think our OC got out-coached down the stretch, and he failed to help a young OL. But, I think we'll adjust. We have a LOT more coaching to do. But, I actually feel ok about my Miami Hurricanes. We looked HORRID at times - but, I can see how a few changes would clearly help us clean that all up.

There will be fewer sacks, missed blocks, muffed punts, and missed tackles down the stretch. JW won't over process either, IMO. And, I think Diaz will talk to Enos about ADJUSTMENTS.

We still played HARD. With all of the mistakes - we were resilient. We just didn't HELP OURSELVES when it mattered.
Completely agree 💯. We lost by 4 points to a top 10 team even though we killed ourselves and could have won it. People are acting like we got blown out by 40!

POSTIVIES:

Defense still has that dog in them and will keep us in games all year..

KJ...JT4 and Brevin are all playmakers who get seperation...

DJ seems to have lost 10 pounds of fat and found that missing gear that was stuck by fat...

ummmmmmmm..........

Punting wasnt a kick in the nuts anymore?

New year same problems

-Missed tackles
-very poor OL play (10 sacks), zero push
-special teams blunders (baxa, JT4)
-pathetic play calling outside of first drive
-redzone scoring
-defense folding
-penalties

I don’t know about the rest of y’all, but this might of been the worst game I’ve ever seen.

How many years.. how many coaches...how many games are we going to watch where we make a nice play and then follow it up with a complete disaster of a play.

Example:

UFs opening drive: We stop on 3rd down. They convert on a fake punt. Next play we miss 6 tackles and they house a screen pass.

Baxa shanks kick. Franks throws Pic. Blades personal foul. Then offense has 2 chop blocks.

We are a very poorly coached team. Every team makes mistakes, but not like we do. We turn bad plays into catastrophes. And we manage to have catastrophes every possession.

I’m not ready to call for anyone’s head, but some major red flags are flying after this game.

If that's how you feel, maybe you should get a new pastime. Being a Hurricanes fan is not for the faint hearted.

They're installing a new system. They have massive holes in the roster left by the previous staff. They trying to implement a new culture. And they played a more experienced (but IMO not more talented) UF team, the first game out of the gate, a week early no less. Anyone expected them to play like a well oiled machine was delusional.

You'll find that you'll enjoy this better if you take pleasure in watching them grow and develop as I did from 80-83 and 98-01. If you don't and expect instant results, I don't know what to tell you.

You must have memory issues. 97-01 we never looked like tonight. NEVER!

it was cool we were resilient but we still had the same loser qualities so whats the difference?

People don’t want to hear the truth. We showed some really bad things tonight. It’s hard to ignore the cracks.

Nah. I watched the ****** blow out to close the OB. That was some terrible ****. Clemson game isn’t too far behind. LSU in the Atl is right there with those.

Pretty spot on. I watch college football from noon to midnight every Saturday & honestly nobody looks like us. We just play such idiotic football at times.

And what did Jimmy Johnson day to the team in his talk with them?

“Play Smart”

You can’t get dumber than that
