YouTube TV loses ESPN/Disney

You may want to try it before thanking me. I am pretty certain that is correct but have not done it in a while.
I have Spectrum and get all the ESPN streaming for free, as well as Hulu and Paramount+. They worked out the ESPN details a year or so ago when they had this same type of dispute with ESPN/ABC. At the end...ESPN now includes ESPN+, Hulu etc.... apps as part of the plan with Spectrum

Espn+ will not get you the games…

espn + is just extra content which may include some games but you won’t get espn normal channels like espn, espn2 espnu etc.

They rebranded it to espn select but I still don’t think get the regular channels.

The do have something now called espn unlimited that gets you everything but the bundle with that is like 38 bucks. Standalone unlimited is 29.99.

DIRECTV stream has a free 5 days offer right now and a cheap few months after that. I’m gonna activate that and cancel you tube tv which I love because of split screeen. DIRECTV has some pre built split screen channels just not sure what games will be on it. Imma give you tube tv 5 days to fix it.

theyll come back eventually. just sign up for a free trial of fubo or just pirate it honestly. dont give a dime to these grifting companies
Yeah these fools trippin. I'm normally not bent out of shape with this media rights mess, but the NBA is really setting the precedent by having games on 12 different streaming services. You need Peacock one week and then Amazon Prime the other, and then Tubi the next. Enough is enough.

Who do you think is paying for players revenue sharing?

Us my friends, us. Prices on all these streaming sites will continue to go up.

Only way to kill the cycle is to illegally stream it collectively as a country. Once the math doesnt make sense for them, thats the only time theyll stop raising the prices. Right now, ppl just keep paying up bc they love football.

The consumers have all the power when it comes to pricing. Unfortunately, 90% of the consumers are dumb as **** and pay whatever these greedy suits want.

Same reason you see coolers and hunting jackets running $500 tags. Idiots are paying those prices so they'll keep going up.

I wouldnt say its a matter of the consumers being dumb. Im sure most people know that we ultimately control the prices.

The problem is the population is undisciplined and uncoordinated as a whole when it comes to things like this. Therefore, "convenience" wins out if you have the funds.

The media mafia will get you one way or the other - all roads lead you to paying for content. I just concluded a month of comparing the various streaming avenues as I was tired of YT commercials. They all offered low prices, but when I added the ESPN package, it went up to what Xfinity and the Syndicate charge. I gave up and succumbed to going back to Xfinity. At least I have my internet and all my tv in one place. Sigh…
