Just came back from a week of fishing, so:

dips, chips and such as snacks. Fried Seatrout sliders for lunch (already eaten), and grilled redfish and snook, with homade tater salad with egg, onion, pickles, cilantro and mustard, bacon chipotle mac n cheese, grilled fresh pinneapple and mango.

For drink: Angry Orchard all day, then Rum and Monsters and Yuenglings for game countdaown and game.

Wings and Beer, non-negotiable.

Agreed on the wings. One batch with a simple salt/pepper/garlic/rosemary seasoning and another set with hot sauce & bayou blend custom seasoning mixture. Not sure on other sides.

Angry orchard is a perfect pre game drink. Crisp, cool, refreshing, and you can build and keep an even buzz before hitting the hard stuff 2 hours before kickoff.

Gonna try to get NJ to Fla on the cider. He usually shoots his bolt doing funnels of crown in the morning, and is just dead weight thereafter.

Carne asada tacos, cigar city jai alai, og blueberry kush. Orange and green shades on

Every time I'm in Florida I come home with a suitcase full of jai alai. I would live off of it if we got it NY. Love the color scheme too.

Rib-eyes - Lagunitas Little Sumpin Ale - James E Pepper 1776 15 yr bourbon as needed for nerves.

Where in NY are you? I'm in Albany, we don't have it around here either but I know you can get it further down state like Westchester and into NYC area.

I live in Kansas City, MO and will be ordering baby backs from Jack Stack (highly recommend if you ever visit KC) to pick up before the game. That and some crown to sip on. Let's go!!!

Bourbon--the only good thing from KY, for some local flavor. Grilled filet mignon in rolls with grills sweet onions and Lays Chips.
