The Title IX charges are a Federal investigation, and the Justice Dep't. will be furthering the investigation. When it all unfolds, that would seem to be the time for the NCAA to levy any sanctions. It ain't over. The Tallahasse trial wasn't about the assault, it was about evidence tampering and non compliance. Next up, a civil suit against Crabman Winston.

Yes it can and it is easier to win for her. The burden of proof is not as strict as in a criminal case. Test of integrity for the plaintiff team.
