Campbell leading the poll followed by Leach in a close 2nd. Interesting to see people’s thought process on who could come in and turn the Miami program around from the depths we find ourselves today. I’m all for either selection - I just mainly want a coach that will act in the CEO role well, hire consistently sound, strong OC’s who bring a lot to the table, can assist with recruiting consistent Top 10 or better classes, and who can galvanize the So Fl community around the team. Whoever the next hire is, that’s what I hope they bring to the table. If that’s Campbell, so be it. Or Leach or Davis. We get that guy here at Miami - watch the Coastal titles roll in including some ACC Championships, and appearances in the CFP. I’m not asking for the playoffs every year; but if we can recruit classes in the Top 10 year after year, there’s no reason to believe we wouldn’t show up in there at some point.

I’m not 100% on him but I am very intrigued.

Offensive guy. His QB seems very well coached. Seems I have caught a lot of random ISU games the last couple of years and they always look prepared. They constantly give good teams battles and pull one out every now and then.

A lot to like and moreover I just don’t have faith in us doing anything aggressive so gonna have to take a chance on someone

He seems to be quite experienced running OLs too.

I figured Leach or BoRtch would run away with this.

Same here, I thought Butch would be hands down the leader the way some talk on the board. To see him in a distant 3rd place is very interesting. I wouldn’t mind Campbell for the same reasons you stated, plus would add that his teams seem to play a physical brand of football as well. Those would be welcomed changes down in Miami.
 
Need a coach that does more with less. We are not going to lock down south Florida for recruiting any more. We will miss on a lot of elite recruits.

Need a coach that makes up for the talent gap between us and Bama, UGA, Clemson, etc

1. Babers
2. Leach
3.Campbell

I would’ve put Briles at #1 as I think he’s going to kill it as a head coach and would be the best recruiter of my top three. But no chance ***** as Blake would hire him.
 
I remember a thread I made similar to this the year before golden was fired. Had Frost, Babers, Herman, Fuente and a few others. Didn’t have Mork though. Who would’ve known.

We need a coach that’s not going to be shell shocked by the Miami job because judging by that presser Mark Richt Really didn’t know what he was walking into.

Like someone said we need someone who does more with less but can recruit more outside South Florida becuase idk wtf is up with the recruits down here man

You questioning someone's intelligence? That's pretty ironic. You're not smart enough to know that unless your name is on a building on campus you are no one. No matter how highly you think of yourselves, all the fire Mark Richt threads you cane post and silly banners you waste money on will not accomplish anything. Anyone with half a brain knows Mark Richt is your coach for 2019 and probably 2020 barring unforeseen circumstances. The sooner you learn that your job is to consume the advertising when you watch road games and convert beer into **** at the stadium, the better off you'll be.
