Why would Dawson leave? He will always have very good to elite OL play to work with. Mario is relentless on the recruiting trail and brings in high rated players. Plus Miami has proven itself to go get the best transfer qb's available. Seems like a good spot to be in.

Then he took the UCLA gig and also flopped. The he needed a job and the OC gig at Ohio State came up, which clearly was intended as a springboard. He’s now with the Raiders.

Golesh is twenty years younger and in the place in his career where Kelly was prior to Oregon.
