Yearby is not good enough

Some of you guys are dumb as ****. speed is important and yearby has enough speed for the college level. Our oline sucks and we didn't use him enough in the passing game. Next year you'll see what he can do when dorsey is coaching the O.

His game was based on elusiveness and lateral quickness. Putting on so much weight has taken what speed and elusiveness he had. Some weight was ok, but he didn't need to put on so much.

Yearby is not the problem. Is he a superstar? No. But he could be a very good RB. He just has the worst OL in school history. They cant open a hole to save their lives. With a decent OL I think Yearby would look like a completely different back. I dont think he's a home run world beater, but he would be a very productive back. The guy is just stuck with the worst OL UM has ever fielded.

He was definitely banged up. He's not a burner whatsoever ever but he was slowwwew tonight

If he has stayed committed to FSU we would be sitting here crying about how we lost Cook and Yearby. Not elite but I bet he would look a **** of a lot better playing under better coaches.

Worst offensive line I've ever seen at Miami. I don't know how much is talent and how much is coaching, but it's embarrassing either way.

I posted a thread on this.

I was watching the game at my moms, she's reading a magazine as yearby breaks long run ( it was called back). She raises her head mid run, and says " he's not very fast, is he "?

This woman knows nothing about sports or football , zero.

Even she can evaluate his speed .

Slowest Miami team ever but that's due to Al puffing these kids up like they are body builders

You need an offensive line that can block and open holes. This one isn't it. It seems more like talent than coaching though but that's just my opinion.

Conversely, a good defense is anchored by a strong defensive line. This one isn't it either. I'll grant that injuries have taken a toll on the defense, but even so, that's an opportunity for backups to shine.

Yearby isn't the problem--it starts with Kehoe and ends with Coley...Two years from now this embarassment will be over..

To blame Yearby is absolutely retarded. That o-line is ******* terrible. Yearby gets hit before he even can cross the line of scrimmage. Absolutely zero push....it's pathetic

I don't think it's blaming him, it's more stating the obvious . He's super slow, he has great wiggle but zero explosion. Walton at least has short bursts, just lacks top end speed .
