our offense is being deprogammed from everything they learned before, its a work in progress. i will say, when he had time ot throw, jarren didnt make many bad throws. we are better off with him

We got ourselves a QB. Yes, he needs to learn to throw the balm away. Would have saved like 5 sacks, but he’ll learn. Enos will coach him up. His accuracy is s breath if fresh air.

Their D was excellent last year and there's zero reason to think it won't be again this season. Grantham is a good DC too. That's easily the best D we'll see all year.

They also probably, along with FSU, have the best skill players we'll see.

With Franks though, I agree. I think he limits them and that they're probably a 9-3 team. But that defense is very good, even if our OL is bad
 
Maybe we are just an average, might be good team playing another average, might be good team in the first game of the year where both teams were sloppy, mistake prone and not all that good? Is one game a fair sample size of anything?

Totally agree. I can't believe the negativity of this board. Sure, we made sloppy mistakes and Florida ate up our line, but we fought hard and had chances to beat a top 10 team. Our defense will be rock solid this year. The Oline will get better and face lesser competition. The silly penalties will clear up.

I'm obviously being a bit hyperbolic as it's fueled by rage and alcohol but at the end of the day we're in the same area of assessment. They'll end up being an 8-4 type team and I'm comfortable labeling a #8 UiF team now that ends up as that as trash.

They’re also one of the dumbest teams on the planet. Double digit sacks and they could’ve easily lost it at the end. WTF was Flippy doing throwing the ball with a lead and 3 minutes left? A 4th and 34 PI? Lol. Offensively they beat us with 2 plays.

Yep, as frustrating as that game was I kept thinking "at least our QB is better than theirs". I'd be sick if Franks was our QB - he's kind of a prickish version of Rosier.

I've never seen a ****tier player spend so much time basically going into the stands on the sideline after every possession. One of our fans should've snapped his arm in half. It would've been on Mullen for allowing it. Even Herbstreit mentioned it.

Forget trying to reason with some of these people. You got a better chance of seeing a blizzard in South Beach in July. But I DO admire your efforts.
