Xavier Restrepo (op is asking about fit on NFL teams)

I still think he’ll run in the 4.55-4.60 range but hopefully a good shuttle time will help him go in the first 3 rounds.

He's your prototypical New England Patriots slot receiver

Welker
Edelman
Amendola
Berrios

Restrepo?

At least he shares the most important trait when making a player comp
Prototypical sure, but Welker was in a completely different class on his own.

I’ll take peak Edelman over peak Welker all day. Not that I’m correct about that, just thought he was one of the best stories and toughest guys in football

Without Brady that’s over, niners would be a superior fit. Cowboys would work (and I don’t like these teams) Ravens…..a team that has a guy who can dink and dunk. KC etc.

You mentioned the Cowboys.

Who was it that left two Cowboy season tickets on his dash with the windows rolled down - and when he came back - there were three more season tickets added?

Both have great stories and Welker was just as tough. It's unfortunate he didn't make that one play.

But he elevated that offense x10.

Arguably the player that’s improved the most here of any Cane I can think of in my life. Went from a borderline reach to utterly irreplaceable.

The biggest issue with Restrepo in the pros is that he's not a punt returner.

If he can master that skill, he'll be in the league for a decade. Otherwise, it becomes tougher to carry a receiver who lacks length or 4.3 speed.

Not that any of that matters now. He's one of the best players in America.

He just needs to master the art of the fair catch...the rest probably plays up like Brax and is a 3/4 for a while. Lots of guys that are adjacent to X in the league. Maybe not drafted high...but it plays these days, I think.

Works his ******* *** off too. Someone's pounding the table.

If he goes to a team with a good qb speed won’t matter cause of his ability to attack zones and his route running. He could have a long career he just can’t go to a team with a ****** qb.
