Xavier Lucas 3* CB/S from STA Hits the Portal After Playing For Wisconsin

[E1k]

Yes it happens. NIL has changed the sport.

Nothing is off the table.

Not that much lol what freshman played early and was like im out? Unless someone is fired

[JHallCanes]

I want this guy to bail as much as anyone but this would be like OJ bailing on us. And Wisconsin is a legit program. This isn’t like Purdue or wazzu we’re talking about.

If only he was at Vanderbilt

[Coach Macho]

Misses like this are exactly why Frank Tucker was hired.

I thought they just hired him to prevent leaking visits and info they didn't want out.

I hope we try and hire Travis Fisher as well. His evals were on point and the DB room could definitely using the extra coaching.

Heard he moved back to South Florida after not being retained by syracuse after Babers was fired.

I thought Mario hired him. Tossed him in one of those underground bunkers and tossed the key in the garbage.

Not really the same this is where he is from OJ isn't from Wisconsin.

He's done coaching, he's trying to open a facility to train DBs last I heard

Very randomly and somewhat of a digression, sorry in advance ...
When Mario was hired here, he very promptly offered Jack Pyburn, who was committed to Minnesota at the time. Pyburn visited; we were showing love; he might have committed. UF saw that, offered him, and it was a wrap. Now, he's a good player for them. What I want to know is, what will it take for UM to have that status with kids? Because our defense could use a player like Pyburn.
