2027 Wyatt Smith 4* DE from STA Commits to OSU

Normally I agree with your posts, we almost always see things similarly, but I don’t know about the diversity thing. The Bosas are probably MAGA meatheads that aren’t too fond of some of us (outside of football), but Ohio State’s football program is easily as diverse as ours. Now the city of Columbus, the state of Ohio where I’m from, it really isn’t diverse or overly welcoming. So to that end, I agree with your statement. They probably feel more comfortable culturally than they would in Miami or Atlanta. I don’t care where someone is from, as long as they are family when they get to UM. My guy Rusty Medaris was from Ozark, MO, I believe and he was loved and beloved.
Not at all. Known the whole family since they were kids. They could blend into any environment. Cool dudes in general

Or maybe they wanted a legit shot at playing for a national title- Miami was a mess. Why don't we throw out the "afraid of diversity" tagline when black players choose Miami over OSU- or just about any other school? The board is full of Ryan Clark's.

i dont think some of you guys realize that Wyatt Smith's dad is badass 5x Pro Bowler Justin "the Cowboy" smith

his old man played for Mizzou and family is all there, sent him to fla for hs ball
if you dont know who Justin Smith is hes probably one of the meanest s.o.b's to play in the NFL known for crackin heads on and off the field....
but family is all midwest

Patrick Willis talkin about his Daddy being a psycho and mentions Wyatt, worth the listen lol

You’re probably right. I made this about something it really isn’t.
You and @MedleyCane have it right.

I’m probably also upset that we missed out on some really, really good players to that school up north.
