The new AD would have been in place by now and ready to rock and roll at the end of the season. Instead, once again, disorganization reigns supreme with this Mickey mouse school.

Everyone understands they are incompetent... That's why they are hiring a New AD.... You can't fire an AD and then expect immediately for things to change before the new AD gets hired.

I think the **** Blake tried to do befor the NC state game expedited the process..but **** this **** is sad. And I’m not talking about taking more than 2 weeks to Hire a AD..but this

Maybe it's just the admin and Mario's people already working on some things. If we can't get who we want in Mario or maybe even Lane, they will probably keep Manny, unfortunately. Better than picking anybody then firing them in 3 years.

If Cristobal and Kiffin are sooooo good to be their consensus 1a and 1b choices then to assume they'll be around forever and are just waiting on our job to open is a special level of insanity.
 
If you want to have Manny fired, here is your simple fix. Everyone on this board knows of a certain incident that happened between a on field coach and a player during Manny's 1st season as HC. Manny didn't fire him that day. This coach is still on staff here, years later. Email Frenk, the story and let him know he has until Friday to fire Manny or you are going to report this to a national media source. I would guess Manny would be fired within 24 hrs of this story hitting the national sports media. No way Frenk wants that story out embarrassing the University. The end! I threw a tantrum the day Manny was hired, but I wouldn't do it.

I kind of get the sense of urgency, but who has been hired away or extended that we were rumored to be hot after?

And explain how a contract extension guarantees a coach and buyout can't get out of?

I understand the pool of candidates can get more expensive the longer we wait but it's not like we can't still get someone to come for the right price if we really want them.

Recall what happened with Manny in 2018? He just got hired at Temple and guess what?

This doesn’t make sense to me. Could the guy have “skeletons “ that emerge? Sure. But if and when they emerge, just hire someone else? Lol. And if said skeletons were buried BEFORE his stint at Miami…how does that hurt us exactly??? It’s a bullsh1t excuse to cross off a guy who most fans want because Jericho will make his own decisions and not be a fck’g puppet.

That’s a **** of a first post for being around since 2015.

I assume you are referring to the Hickson pulling a gun on a player incident?

If so, I am curious how somehow that was swept under the rug and just laughed off.
