How many does one roster need?
Looks like 3.

Very underwhelming to me.
We could've waited on this one.
Going up against small geeks in most of his tape, plods around the field, very slow. I don't see why we'd take him this early on.
I think talking about players before a coach was at the program is stupid. Golden had nothing to Shockey just like Muschamp didnt have anything to do with Harvin. Now Muschamp hasnt done well with TE'S / H backs since he has been at UF.I heard he picked miami because uf and fsu wasnt showing interest.
Even if that is true why does it matter? If Miami's staff wants him it shouldn't matter what UF and FSU's staff thinks.
Agree with you for once.
Plus, it's not like UF has a long and storied track record of recruiting and developing wide receivers.
And before you bring up Harvin, nobody could Fuuck that kid up. Harvin was and is just a special athlete/player.

The guy is 6' 5" tall.
Every db he goes against is going to look small. As for explosiveness, every one of his strides is like 2 for a normal sized person.
From his commitment photo, it also looks like he has huge hands. Might just be the perspective, but his hands look large.
Finally, we take him now because we offered and he accepted.
You haters seem to only look at stars, and forget that it doesn't matter how good a player plays or looks in high school.
What matters is how good they will be after 3 years developing in college.
You want players whose best potential lies down the road not players whose best occurred when they were seniors in high school.
Good get by the staff with a kid who had SEC offers, big potential, and lives in gator country.
I don't understand the take at this point.
Early is when you do take these kids.
And then you continue to evaluate and then back off and let him go to Temple if he underwhelms after further looks.
Haha...this guy sucks
And you're happy about that?

Happy that this is yet another step in getting Golden's fat *** out of here.
Still no Welcometotheu.
Why can't we ever have an intelligent conversation on this board?

Because our fanbase is retarded?

You seriously think this recruit will lead to Golden either getting fired or resigning? It's pretty ridiculous if you ask me. I also don't understand how a "fan" would be happy that our coaches are recruiting players who "suck", as you stated. Maybe you should join the staff and train them how to evaluate and recruit prospects. You seem to be pretty **** good at it from your recliner.
The coaches took him too early, but considering the high school he's coming from the staff can retain the right to squeeze him out of the class later. Not an impressive pickup, but not necessarily a mistake. He will be a kid to continue to watch through his senior year to see how he develops.
