TE has talent, just they are asked to block alot and if they cant, its hard to get on the field to catch. Hurts my soul to not see us with a proper TE making catches.

I have to squint hard looking sideways to see the talent you’re talking about. What I see are a bunch of projects who may be good at some point but need a legit TE coach to develop them and probably take longer than 2026.

Almost impossible assuming Toney and Burkate are healthy. Those two are gonna get a lot of targets.

I can't wait to see who are 3rd starting WR is (even though we'll likely play 6 or guys). The fight for playing time between Jacobs, Vaughn, Moore, Upshaw, Wingo, Parris, et al will be interesting.

It’s only crowded with Sr’s and Toney. Those same three guys will be gone next year.

They either got passed up by the young guys (Upshaw, Moore, Paris, and Wingo) or they’ve performed and are off to another payday.

Cam Vaughn and Vandrevius Jacobs are both redshirt juniors, so they both could return.

Gilbert is a talented player, Lofton is a talented player, The guys we just brought in are talented players. Brock Schott is and was a talented player. Blocking is not about talented alone, that's why they haven't been playing and sat behind 87. Not blocking can get the QB killed or the RB hurt.

No. Cause 1. the WR room that Wingo is walking into is a little more stacked than the one that Toney walked into. Aaaaannnnnddddd 2. Toney is in that very room…, so you know he still getting the ball. So he may have a very successful Freshman campaign, but having a better 1st year than Toney? I can’t see it.

It still needs to be approved by the NCAA. All that has happened so far is the coaches voted to recommend changing it to 9 games. Probably should just give everyone 5 years since 9 games is almost an entire season unless you make the playoffs.
