WR Jayce Brown enters the Portal

This is definitely what a WR1 looks like...

Opens everything up and is a football player w/ speed not just a speedster...

And from Florida (Panhandle) but we'll take it...

Def the explosive type we have been missing. Don’t know if he is WR1 material though.
He’s not Cam Coleman but I think he still improves the floor of the receiver room.

If a Cam Coleman, Derek Wingo, etc enter the portal: I all for going all in but it’s fair to consider how much NIL budget that will likely require while still needing to address QB, OC, DT, LB & CB

I’d like to think that we have the budget for an impressive portal haul. While we did land a very good HS class, we did miss on a bunch of the big money whales which would suggest that money can be deployed in the portal.

I’ve watched a few games. Dudes a beast. Absolute Burners and he runs some nice routes too. Safety’s gotta respect him.. He would open the short and intermediate stuff up like crazy for Toney. Only negative is he has some issues with drops.

This guy is a playmaker. If this staff can land him and KJ Duff, to pair with Baby Jesus, Miami will have the best receiving core in the country in 2026.

We aren't gonna go for 2 starting Wrs like that unless trader is portalling out. We expect Moore and Joshua to get significantly more rotation. And bringing in 2 guys like that would prob push one of them out. And id expect at least 1 of 2026 freshman to get PT too...
