Dee wiggins 6’3
Evidence Njoku 6’6
Lawrence cager* 6’5

6’0- 6’1 receiver
Jeremiah payton 6’1
Mark Pope 6’0

5’10 receiver and under
Mike Harley 5’10

We certainly have taken some losses with the subtraction of Richards and Jeff Thomas from the group and missing on haselwood but there is still more than enough talent to be a really productive group imo. I’m fully expecting Jarren Williams to take over the qb spot in the spring and it will have our passing game looking a lot better than it did in 2018 which was pathetic. I mean 8 out of 12 games under 175 yards passing, only games over 200 yards were 4 of the first 6 games, 1 game over 225 yards for an entire season.....(1st game of the season vs LSU). Yes it was THAT bad

Who do you all see being our #1 go to receiver next year?

Another thing, I want Productive receivers out there only so if you ain’t consistently getting open(Harley for sure and pope have had some issues here as well) or if you are dropping passes every opportunity you get a chance to catch a ball(Cager/Wiggins) then you simply don’t need to be playing as much period. You are either coaching the bullsh*t or allowing it... we can’t have another season where our passing game was that terrible yeah the qb play was bad but the receiver play was far from good or even average imo

Of that group I would say Hightower. I know he didn't get much opportunity last year but when he did he generally made it count. Kid can win the tough battles. Considering all of the drops this year...he seems to have great hands and should he used as an asset.

Brevin should get a lot of play too but he's technically not a WR and I still don't see him getting many chances to line up in the slot with our play calling.

Looking at it like that, it's a pretty good group for us. That said, we still need to Croot more and better. OL and OC need major upgrades. Ezzard is an intriguing dude to me. Absolutely a stud at Stockbridge HS. Will Pope mature into elite talent?

Dee Wiggins.... I mean he did win the best receiver award, so there's that.
These ******* coaches love crowning guys that do what they ask in practice, but production be damned.

Who we starting this week? “ I like Wiggins, he looks at me in the eyes when I give him direction and he honors my quidance”

Dont care if 10' tall and run 2.9 40s.

They have to CATCH THE BALL.

No one has yet proven they can.

Agree with everything you said, but some of those were on the WRs dropping some easy passes. About JW I legit don't know if the QB of the future is on the roster, but he'll do for next season.

"Wiggins was a beast on those Hammy stretches, lets make him a Captain this week"

Cager and wiggins has the same hands, don’t know who’s are worse

I think cager at this point is slightly better he seems to drop only every other pass
but wiggins seems to drop every 2 out of 3 passes

based off last year, I would think hightower has the best chance to be the alpha of the group

hopefully Harley takes that jump in production that berrios took before his last year here, cuz Harley talks like an alpha but needs to stop playing like a beta
