The problem wasn't with the firing of coaches, the problem was the hiring of them in the first place. Make the right hire and you don't have to fire. Don't make a mess and you don't have to clean it up.

During the years affected by the horrible "cloud," Golden brought in recruiting classes ranked #10, 14, & 12.
Richt's current class under brilliant sunny skies after a 10-win season is currently ranked #29.
