Would you still take Corch Furst?

He is very good and he came into a HUGE rebuild situation. He has a school land locked in a state with almost NO 4 star talent and barely any 3 or 2 stars. All of the quality players have to come from out of state, which is a different thing to deal with in 2019 than it used to be. He's legit, I just don't know if he can compile enough physically talented players to seriously compete in the B10.

I will give the Cornhusker fans credit though. They sell out games even when they suck. Then again what the **** is there to do in Omaha (Lincoln)?

Wasn’t that his claim to fame at UCF? Taking low rates guys. Putting them in his scheme and getting elite production from them.

He’s making a mistake by trying to implement a spread offense based on speed. He won’t be able to get the necessary athletes at Nebraska. The only way they will win big again is by mimicking what is being done at Wisconsin. Load up on corn fed offensive lineman and focus on pounding teams with the run. I definitely would take him at UM though because his system would be a perfect fit.

Good excuses. You’re definitely a veteran Cane fan.

The gimmick stuff that works at Ucf won’t work at Nebraska against teams with more talent. Copying Wisconsin is the only way they will win consistently. Scott needs to adjust. But man they were horrible last night

Lol... he hasn't even been there for a full 2 years. His UCF team wasn't that good in year 2 to either. He will be ok

Nope, you must be the first to write him off. It’s a fourty yard dash to the calling him a corch line. Then when he turns them around the same guys will be like “ I wish we had him, that o is so fun to watch”.

Welcome to the cis coach search committee members.

The fact is, there is no longer a proven formula for success. Scott Frost, Chip Kelly, and Jim Harbaugh were all thought to be sure things and worth insane contract prices. Now...not so much. Justin Fuente and Tom Herman were thought to be equals when they played each other at Memphis and Houston.
