Also, looking at his hires on the defensive side of the ball...Banda, Patke, etc. (all guys that are green), I don’t trust him to put together an experienced staff.

I somewhat agree w/r/t recruiting, but, Banda and Patke have shown to be good coaches. Yes a red flag for the green hires but they panned out so far IMO. Good sign of a good HC to identify young talent.

Of course yes. No brainer. He's an innovator and would get a top flight offensive mind to run the offense while he made sure we rolled out a consistent top 10 D.
